Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, aged 18 years or older, who purchase a new, demo, or certified pre-owned vehicle from Hickman Chevrolet during the month of May 2024.
Entry Period: The contest begins on May 1st and ends on May 31st. Entries must be received by May 31st to be eligible.
How to Enter: Customers automatically receive one entry into the contest for each qualifying vehicle purchase of a new, demo, or pre-owned vehicle.
Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of a 2023 Arctic Cat Alterra 600 XT TRV. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within 30 days of the contest end date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 30 days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Hickman Chevrolet to use their name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release Hickman Chevrolet, its affiliates, and their respective directors, and employees, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or prize.
